Traditional Bread Cooking Class with Zoi Maroudas at Bambino's Manufacturing/Retail Location
Bring your favorite apron and join Zoi Maroudas, founder of Bambino's Baby Food, for an afternoon of traditional bread baking fun! Our 2 hour hands-on class, is structured as a group learning experience. You will learn all about Greek and Italian traditions. Zoi will share her rich family secrets to baking the perfect loaf of bread, pita bread and sweet bread without the use of measurements! You will also explore different bread baking cuts and braids.
This course will help to transform you from a novice into a skilled bread baker who can not only impress friends and family with delicious breads, but who can also pass along the tradition to the next generation. In this intimate, relaxed setting, we will learn techniques great for bread fans of all stages and ages. Each guest will leave with love in their heart and a perfect loaf of bread created by your very own hands and pizza dough. Zoi will also create a delicious pizza with fresh herbs for you to enjoy while your dough is resting. Join us and lets share traditions that sooth the soul and tummy.
